About

Jonathan Zatland is a certified executive coach whose career spans Hollywood, entrepreneurship, senior leadership and headhunting at the highest level.

A former screenwriter turned entrepreneur, he co-founded and scaled an international retail brand before joining the senior leadership team at Etsy and later serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director at eve Sleep, taking both companies from high growth ventures to IPO.

As a headhunter, he has placed senior leaders into some of the most ambitious technology and investment backed companies across the UK and Europe. With more than two decades of experience advising founders, leading teams and building high performing organisations, Jonathan understands the pressure, pace and complexity of leadership from the inside.

Today he works with senior executives who want to step back from the noise, think with precision and navigate their roles with clarity and confidence. Jonathan trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School, one of the UK’s leading coaching programmes.
